Valentine’s Day may seem like a cheesy holiday with all of the pink heart-shaped balloons and baby cherubs but at the root of it, it is a day to celebrate those that you love the most. And, to help couples and families celebrate this year, I offered Valentine’s Day Mini Sessions!

As a BIG lover of pink and all things love, I was excited to start planning and designing how this shoot was going to look for my clients. I did the obviously (and the cliche) and had plenty of heart-shaped balloons and pink decor. I then needed to decide on a location. After careful consideration, I landed on the Lumen Room in Fort Worth.

I had used the Lumen Room once before and I had been very impressed. Both by how simple the booking process was but also by how many great studio options and furniture selections that they have. I decided on the Galveston Street studio as I loved how the white studio walls would pop with all of the pink decor I was envisioning. (Plus, they had a pink backdrop AND a pink sofa already in the studio)!
